About SattvaWithYou

SattvaWithYou is a psychology-informed peer emotional support platform — a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space to talk through whatever you're carrying, and feel heard. It was built by someone who's lived through that need personally, with foundational training in counselling skills.

No. SattvaWithYou is peer emotional support, not clinical therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. We don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need diagnosis or clinical care, we'll always encourage you to see a licensed mental health professional.

If cost, waitlists, stigma, or simply not knowing where to start have kept you from getting any kind of support, SattvaWithYou exists for that gap. It's accessible, judgment-free, and doesn't require a diagnosis or a 'big enough' problem to justify showing up.

Anyone who wants a judgment-free space to talk — whether that's relationship confusion, academic stress, loneliness, overthinking, grief, or just a genuinely hard week. You don't need a clinical reason to book a session.

Sessions & Booking

You talk, and we listen — without judgment, without rushing you toward advice you didn't ask for. Sessions happen over Instagram (voice call, or voice notes and messaging) or Google Meet, in Hindi, English, or Telugu, whichever you're most comfortable with.

Yes. Just message us on Instagram or email us as soon as you know, and we'll reschedule or cancel — no questions asked.

Yes. What you share in a session is treated as private. We ask the same of you in return — sessions aren't recorded or shared, and we ask you not to record or share them either, so both sides can speak freely.

Not at all — whether this is your first time reaching out for support or you've done this before, you're welcome here either way. The booking form just asks so we can understand a bit more about you going in.

Safety & Crisis

If something urgent comes up, message us on Instagram or email us directly — we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Because we can't always guarantee an instant reply, it's also worth keeping a couple of independent helplines saved, like Tele MANAS (14416) or the Vandrevala Foundation, for the moments you need someone right away. You can find the full list on our Resources and Book a Session pages.

If what you're feeling is affecting your ability to function day to day, if you're having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, if you think you may need a diagnosis or medication, or if a peer conversation hasn't been enough — please reach out to a licensed mental health professional. We'll always tell you the same thing honestly, even mid-session.

Still have a question?

We'd rather you ask than guess. Reach out before you book if you're unsure about anything.
