Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SattvaWithYou collects when you use this website or book a session, how it's used, and who else might see it. We've tried to write this in plain language rather than dense legal text.

When you book a session, you fill out a Google Form. That information — your name, contact details, age, language preference, preferred session format, and what you'd like to talk about — is stored in Google's systems, governed by Google's own privacy policy, and is accessible to SattvaWithYou's founder for the purpose of confirming and conducting your session. We don't share this information with anyone outside SattvaWithYou.

The contact form on this website doesn't send your message to a server we control. It opens your own email app with a message pre-filled, or offers to copy the message to your clipboard, so you send it to us directly from your own email account. We don't collect or store anything from that form on our end.

Information collected through the booking form is used only to confirm session details, communicate with you about your session, and — if you've told us you've used SattvaWithYou before — to provide continuity if you choose to book again. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

What you share during a session is treated as private. We don't record sessions, and we ask that you don't record them either, so both sides can speak freely. We may keep brief private notes to maintain continuity between sessions, but these aren't shared with anyone outside SattvaWithYou.

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics software. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

This website does not currently process payments directly. Payment arrangements, where applicable, are handled separately and communicated to you directly — this policy will be updated once that changes.

You can ask us to delete information you've shared with us at any time by emailing sattvawithyou@gmail.com. We'll act on that request as quickly as we reasonably can.

We may update this policy as SattvaWithYou grows — for example, when we introduce a database, authentication, or payment processing. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
