By using this website or booking a session with SattvaWithYou, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with something here, please reach out to us at sattvawithyou@gmail.com before booking.

SattvaWithYou provides peer emotional support — compassionate, psychology-informed listening. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

First sessions are free for teenagers. From the second session onward, it's ₹59 for teenagers and ₹99 for everyone else.

Sessions are booked through our online form. Once submitted, we'll reach out via your chosen contact method to confirm a time. Pricing is subject to change, and any change will be reflected on this website before it takes effect.

You can cancel or reschedule a session at any time by messaging or emailing us — there's no penalty for doing so, and we'd rather you reschedule than feel pressured to attend a session that doesn't work for you anymore.

Sessions are open to teenagers and adults. If you are a minor, we encourage involving a parent or guardian in the decision to book a session, particularly for ongoing support.

We treat what you share with respect and confidentiality, and we ask the same of you — sessions shouldn't be recorded or shared without mutual agreement. We expect respectful conduct during sessions and reserve the right to end a session early if conduct becomes abusive or unsafe.

Using SattvaWithYou does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other licensed professional relationship. It is a peer support relationship, and should be understood as such.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SattvaWithYou and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from use of this website or participation in a session.

These terms may be updated as SattvaWithYou grows. Continued use of the website or booking of sessions after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
