To make compassionate listening accessible to anyone carrying an emotion they haven't had the space to put down — regardless of cost, location, or how "big" the problem feels.
We believe everyone deserves to feel heard, and that emotional support shouldn't be out of reach. We're not here to replace therapy — we're here for the moments before, after, and alongside it.

“Growing up, I carried a lot of overwhelming emotions while feeling like nobody truly understood what I was going through.”
That feeling shaped everything SattvaWithYou stands for. As a teenager, I watched people around me quietly struggle — with loneliness, family expectations, academic pressure, anxiety, self-doubt — and rarely say so out loud. Therapy helped many of them, but not everyone could reach it. SattvaWithYou is my way of closing that gap: a space for compassionate listening, grounded in psychology, that stands alongside therapy rather than in place of it.
